Return Policy
We want you to love everything you receive from Little Ones Trading Co. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Brand new, unopened, and unused
- In their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened or used products
- Pre-loved / secondhand items
- Mystery bundles
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right. If we request the item to be returned, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In some cases, we may not require the item back — we'll let you know!
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose to receive:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit
The choice is yours! Please note that we do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory availability.
